About The Shebeen
Shebeen [sheh-been]
In Ireland, a shebeen is a place where people gathered beyond the ordinary— a hidden refuge filled with stories, laughter, music, and connection. It is a space where friendships were forged, celebrations came to life, and community flourished.
Today, The Shebeen carries that same spirit to the West Park neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio.
Founded by Lindsey Buescher and Conor Boylan, The Shebeen is more than an event venue. It is a welcoming gathering place inspired by Irish hospitality, where people come together to celebrate life's meaningful moments. Whether you're hosting a birthday party, corporate event, family celebration, fundraiser, or community gathering, The Shebeen offers a distinctive setting that blends warmth, character, and timeless charm.
At its heart, The Shebeen is about connection. It's the stories shared across a table, the laughter that fills a room, and the memories created when friends, family, and neighbors gather under one roof. Rooted in Irish tradition and West Park pride, our space honors the belief that every occasion deserves an atmosphere that feels both special and inviting.
From intimate celebrations to commercial events, The Shebeen provides a unique backdrop where old-world spirit meets modern hospitality.
Welcome to The Shebeen— where every gathering becomes part of the story.
